With the addition of the Micro Exposure Advertisements, and due to its huge success, users are now seeing their referrals with abnormal averages.
This is due to the fact that, although Mini and Micro Exposure Advertisements do not get credited to the referrer or are shown in the referral's individual click chart, they do count to the total of clicks each user makes.
Due to that, and to avoid some confusion regarding real credited average, the following changes have been introduced:

Direct referrals listing:
Now users have the option to show all clicks the user has made or only the credited clicks.
"Credited clicks" are all the clicks you've earned from the referral and "All clicks made" are all the clicks the referral has made.
The difference will be regarding Mini and Micro exposure clicks and non-credited clicks (if you didn't comply to TOS 3.7, for example).
All averages will reflect to the amount of clicks in the chosen option.

Rented referrals listing:
It will always show the credited clicks only.
Probably it will one day work as the direct referrals listing but, according to internal testings and due to the huge amount of rented referrals some users have, it's too resource intensive to be available now. Hopefully it can be tuned so that it will work the same.

Disclaimer: This is still in a testing phase so let me know if you something doesn't work for you.

Finally we're introducing the feature most requested by our advertisers: Micro Exposure Advertisements

As always we only introduce features when the time is right and always according to the original scheduled implementation. Mini Exposure Advertisements were introduced 11 months after the Standard and Extended ones and, due to the difference between them, the Micro Exposure Advertisements couldn't be introduced before 22 months after the Mini ones since the period between them had to be exactly twice the first one. Our advertisers understand why this is done as most of them are professional marketers. It should have been ready 2 weeks ago but we had other things that got in the way. Anyway, it's now a reality and still pretty close to the implementation schedule so that it works perfectly.

To make this simple, these new advertisement exposures work almost the same as the Mini ones (no referrer credit, no chart entry, don't count for TOS 3.7, etc.) except for the following:

• Lower cost for advertisers
• Minimum 5 second exposure time (after the site fully loads, as always)
• Users are credited $0.001 per advertisement
• Will only show the title and not the description

As some of you already know, these advertisements are designed to offer more traffic for the advertised websites or to simply offer a less expensive way to quickly advertise a product. They don't replace the other exposure packs but they do complement them in an excellent way.

This implementation closes our outer advertisement circle. It delivers our renowned advertisement conversion with the best prices in the market today. You'll get the best exposure for the lowest price.

The Micro Exposure Packs are available in the following prices:

Just a small notice to a few users:

There was a large DDoS attack being made on a global scale.
Although it didn't affect us directly, I had reports from a few users that were unable to access the site which I verified to be true. This happened due to an automatically IP blocking in the DDoS mitigation services which, in the case of an attack, get more sensitive and may block a user for repeated access.

The forum was immediately shut down to avoid users from seeing more pages then they should as it would most likely result in more users being blocked accidentally.

Although this only happened to a few users, this message is for them to understand what really happened. The report I had just now was that only 147 IP addresses (probably less users than that) were blocked due to suspicious activity. By "suspicious" it doesn't really mean that those users did anything wrong.

All services, except for the forum, have been operating normally and no fluctuation was seen in the usual activity for the past hours.

Since the attack can be easily mitigated, I asked for the few blocked IPs to be whitelisted and they shouldn't have any issues from now on.

If anything else happens I'll keep you posted.

The IP filtering is still being fine tuned. Even I got blocked for 30 minutes after the latest post.
If this continues, the forum may have to be shut down again temporarily. All other services need not because they're not as URL intensive. If this happens you'll see the same maintenance message you saw during the past hours.

In the mean time I have more information about the attack. As suspected, it wasn't directed towards us but to another site using the same DDoS mitigation services which in turn caused the IP blocking mentioned earlier. Everything was already separated a few hours ago and you won't notice any lag as you also didn't in the past hours.

As always, I'll keep you posted if I get any news about this.

Vừa qua cuncon1202 có chia sẻ cách giải quyết khi bị tình trạng không đăng nhập được neobux , và trên mạng cũng có bài viết chia sẻ của một số bạn thấy hay hay nên xin post lên đây để mọi người tham khảo thêm.

- Đôi lúc cả thành viên Golden cũng không đăng nhập được vì nó đang bảo trì (  lỗi 500 ).Tình trạng này chỉ khoảng 15-20' là trở lại bình thường.
Tiếp theo đó là hàng loạt các tài khoản bị suspend không lí do.Ban đầu mình cũng nghĩ là do các bạn bị suspend do vi phạm điều khoản nhưng nhìn thực trạng chung thì không phải vậy. 
Rất có thể là do lỗi hệ thống.
Một đặc điểm nhận thấy là các tài khoản bị suspend là tài khoản Standard, chưa đầu tư vào neobux, và đăng kí mới từ tháng 12/2010 tới nay, tuy nhiên các bạn chưa hề biết.
Các tài khoản Standard đã nhận được thanh toán ( tối thiểu 2$ ) không bị sao cả.
Khắc phục :
- thử đăng nhập lại tài khoản Neobux, nếu thấy thông báo : " You are now logged out" và trở về trang đăng nhập thì bạn phải xóa hết cookie, cache và đăng nhập lại.
- Thử dùng trình duyệt khác đăng nhập vào Neobux
- Đăng nhập bằng điện thoại di động của tất cả các nhà mạng ( Viettel, Vina, Mobi...). Rất dễ vào được vì địa chỉ IP có đầu là 64.255.xxx.xxx
- Nếu vẫn không đăng nhập được, rất có khả năng bạn bị suspend tài khoản mà không hề biết, gửi ngay cho nó thông báo qua mail : tickets@neobux.com

This is a great new tool that will help many of you that often forget to renew referrals and learn the hard way that there's no turning back. Now you can stop looking at the clock and enjoy what you're doing.

AutoRenew is the automatic renewal process of your rented referrals.
Contrary to AutoPay which will work only when a referral makes his/her first click for a day and will extend for one day the referral's deadline, AutoRenew works every day (*) and prolongs your referral’s deadline based on your chosen renewal period and time before expiration.

You can enable AutoRenew in your rented referrals listing page the same way you do with AutoPay.

Before enabling it the two following options will be given:

• Period: This will be the exact period for which the referral's rental will be extended. You can choose any of the usual manual renewal periods (15, 30, 60, 90, 150, and 240 days) to receive the benefit from the related discounts for each period (except for the 15 days one).
  
• Before: The time before the expiration when the automated renewal will be triggered. You can choose any of the available number of days and your referral will be extended if the rental deadline is the same or below the chosen number of days.

(*) AutoRenew will only be attempted for each referral once per day. If you have no funds in your rental and / or main balance or some unexpected error occurs, the referral(s) that weren't renewed will be only checked again approximately 24 hours after. We advise you to choose a higher number of days between the first renewal check and the referral's deadline, so that you'll have the most chances of getting all referrals automatically renewed. It's your responsibility to have enough funds for the renewals and always check if any referral has failed to be renewed automatically.

Automatic Recycling is now fully automatic.
There's no need to visit the referral's listing page anymore for it work nor it will work there again.
Now all referrals that have reached their inactivity period will be automatically recycled throughout the day. If you have a pack with vacation mode, it will be great. If you don't it will be great as well as you'll never lose the benefits of having a new referral when the previous one is inactive and you missed the manual triggering. Undoubtedly this is an excellent and transparent profit increase not to mention that it removes the hassle of having to remember to do it once in a while.
The fully automatic recycling works for all memberships.

Automatic Recycling Chart
Since you won't get a message anymore when the referrals are automatically recycled, you'll now have a chart indicating the daily total of recycled referrals. This chart is only available for Golden Members.
Since referrals will be automatically recycled throughout the day instead of being bulk-recycled, the value you see for "Today" will change as the day goes by and more referrals are recycled.
